He is certified in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychology and Neurology. Kathleen-Crowley-Long, Ph.D., professor of psychology and a developmental psychologist at The College of Saint Rose. Crowley-Long is a recognized expert in the field of child development and parenting. She holds doctoral and master's degrees in educational psychology, with a concentration in child development, from the University at Albany/SUNY. She is an active member of the American Psychological Association. Michel Kimball, CSW has been Executive Director of ClearView Center, Inc. for twelve years. ClearView Center is a private, not-for-profit mental health organization with comprehensive services for adults with serious mental illnesses. Michel Kimball was honored by the Women's Business Council of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce as a Woman of Excellence in 2002. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and a BA in English from Wellesley College, Wellesley, MA.
