Health Link Clip 'n Carry - Saving Face
While surgery and technology can help shave years from your face, there are plenty of low tech things we can do to save our faces.  For starters, always wear sunscreen when you're outdoors to prevent premature aging.  If you smoke, stop - as that, too, can age your skin.  Getting a good night's sleep can help keep your skin healthy along with a well balanced diet and staying hydrated.
If you're stressed, it can show on your face, so find ways to "chill" with exercise, yoga or just some down time. In fact, staying fit can also help keep your skin looking healthy.  And as for all those expensive creams, sometimes your best bet is a moderately priced product you use, regularly.  For more, visit the American Academy of Dermatology's web site.
