Why does it seem everyone's angry all the time? From road rage too out of control parents at sporting events. Granted, we all get angry some times, it is a natural emotion, but out of control anger can have devastating affects to your health, your relationships, and your career. On the next health link we'll take a look at anger management. GUESTS: Reid McCauley, CSW-R, CASAC, NYCGTC Reid has been practicing psychotherapy since 1991. During the past 12 years he has worked both in substance abuse and mental health clinics. His areas of expertise include trauma, addiction, compulsive gambling and anger management. He has experience in doing individual, couple, family and group interventions. He has also conducted workshops and seminars in the capital Region focusing on anger management, conflict resolution and grief and loss issues. He is employed by Samaritans Outpatient Clinic in Troy and Family and Children's Service of the Capital Region Rudy V. Nydegger, PhD. Dr. Nydegger is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a professor of Psychology at Union College. Dr. Nydegger is Chief of the Division of Psychology at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady and President of the New York State Psychological Society. Web Resources
